Jamaican Callaloo:
Ital Recipe

- In pot, add:
- Several tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of water
- Small piece of scotch bonnett pepper
- Chopped scallion
- Thyme
- 1/2 package dry chicken noodle soup
- 1 tomatoe chopped fine
- 1 bunch of callaloo, chopped medium (may substitute with spinach or other green)
Cook a short time, stir and serve with roast breadfruit, bammy, fried dumplings or boiled dumplings.
